These groups meet primarily to plan and carry out activities to help those who are in need.
Oil Change Ministry - Once a year this group provides free oil changes to seniors and single women who are unable to have it done otherwise.
Home Repair Ministry - This group provides assistance to seniors and single mothers in the area of home repair and car maintenance.
VisionQuest Ministry - This ministry reaches out to young men at VisionQuest through weekly teaching and transportation to worship services.
Handy-Helpers - This ministry at Galloway Church carries out projects to raise money, provides fellowship and helps at special church events.
Galloway Women - This group plans special projects such as homemade soup and pie sales, quilting and making care baskets for shut-ins.
“We Care” Ministry - This ministry provides meals and transportation for people who are recovering from illness, surgery, or have had a baby.
Mom’s Mentoring - This is a one-to-one ministry for expectant mothers that offers support through visits, calls, cards of encouragement, and prayer.
Welcome Baby Team - This ministry offers support and gifts for mother and baby when a baby is born and when the baby arrives home.
Angel Food -
This ministry distributes modestly priced food to the community one Saturday a
month.
These groups meet primarily for fellowship activities.
King’s Jesters - This group plans for all church fellowship events each year. Events have included bike hikes, bonfires, and theme parties.
Over 50's Group - This group of people over the age of 50 meets for lunch the 2nd Thursday of each month at the church. Members also plan trips to special events such as dinners, theater events, sightseeing and shopping.
All Church Family Nights - Six time a year on Wednesday night we keep all our age groups together for a time of fellowship, worship, across generational word from God, games and lots of laughter. This is a time where our entire church grows together in Christ.
